BD 8mm x 31g

The BD Ultra-Fine Mini pen needle is 31 gauge, 5 mm (3/16″). It is the world’s shortest insulin pen needle, and no other insulin pen needle is thinner. They are coated with unique Micro-Bonded lubrication for a more pleasant injection without the need for pinching up of skin. These needles are long enough to penetrate through the skin and into the fat layer, but not long enough to reach the muscle. They may be used safely by both toddlers and adults but talk first with a health care expert before moving to a shorter insulin pen needle.
